If unresolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Hargeisa, Somaliland in accordance with the rules of the Somaliland Chamber of Commerce or equivalent body. Either party may also seek injunctive relief in the courts of Hargeisa for urgent matters.
  • Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action or consolidated proceeding.
  1. Force Majeure

Gargaar Petroleum shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from causes outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to: acts of God, war, civil unrest, terrorism, fuel supply chain disruptions, government regulations, pandemics, or natural disasters affecting Somaliland or East Africa.

  1. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional posted guidelines, constitute the entire agreement between you and Gargaar Petroleum regarding the use of the Site, superseding any prior agreements or communications.
